Attitude – how we work together

My values

Good collaboration does not come from technology alone, but from the attitude we bring to it. That applies to both sides. These principles show what you can expect from me and what it takes from you for it to really work.

01

Listening

Listening to understand, not to reply.
What I bring

During our sessions I am on the matter at hand and listen properly before proposing solutions: to what is said and to what sits behind it.

What it takes from you

You create the setting for it: a quiet environment and the time to engage. And you say openly where things get stuck day to day.

02

Goodwill

Friendly and without judgement, especially where there is uncertainty.
What I bring

I meet you and your team openly and never talk down. No question is too simple.

What it takes from you

Your team dares to ask, including the things that might feel «silly».

03

Clarity

Explained simply and honestly, even when that is uncomfortable.
What I bring

I explain without jargon and say openly what makes sense and what does not – even if that means you do not need something.

What it takes from you

You tell me when something stays unclear. Then we find the right words together.

04

Patience

Everyone learns at their own pace, without pressure.
What I bring

I guide without haste, repeat as often as it takes for confidence to grow, and stay available after the training until it sticks day to day.

What it takes from you

You give yourself and your team the time to practise. Repetition is part of it.

05

Shared delight

Your progress is the best reward I get.
What I bring

I am glad with you when it finally clicks. That moment is what drives me. And I bring along those for whom the subject is not a favourite.

What it takes from you

You celebrate the small wins. That carries further than any claim to perfection.

06

Reliability

Commitments that hold, on both sides.
What I bring

I keep what I promise, and say early and honestly when something will not work.

What it takes from you

You keep to agreed dates and give feedback, so that we move forward together. And what we agree in the workshop, you carry into daily work – otherwise the best structure stays on paper.

One more thing

I am happy to be on first-name terms. Talking as equals makes things easier, and questions get asked sooner. If you prefer it more formal, just say so. That is fine too.

If these values fit you, we will fit together well.
